I don't want to come off as a whiny squealer, but please, "all4dametal" and "mtljimbob" and everybody else who also posts on Blabbermouth.net, I'd like to suggest to stop posting hevydevyforums internals, especially personal messages from Devin, on the internet.

Blabbermouth is full of pretentious pricks who see music as a novelty item.

I dont see whats so bad about stuff Devin says being posted on blabbermouth... it is a metal news site and Devin does play metal. The comments are whatever but its still a good source of news.

Also I've always assumed Devin come up the main concept of his music but then the people he's working with also add their input/little touches to it as well.

Dev, brother I'm gonna buy your albums, probably every single one you make from now on, because they consistently kick my ass. But, for what it's worth, I'd love to see you in concert at least once, as someone else above said. That being said, I can totally understand why you wouldn't want to do it. I hope that changes, for me, 'cause I'm a selfish bitch like that. But, as a kind of "new fan" (since AE came out), I've pretty much missed out on your concerts. I could have seen you at Ozzfest but I didn't want to pay for the other bands, and I could have seen you at the Key Club when Alien came out, but I was not as enlightened as I am today and liked the solo/DTB stuff better. I always assumed I'd see you some time, like on a Synchestra tour or something. Oh well. My bad.

Anyway, Ziltoid sounds like it kicks ass. If you're going to make albums like that all the time, well, fucking get on with your bad self! A new album every six months ought to totally make up for not ever seeing you live.

So you are one of those two reposters? It's pretty simple for me: If Devin, Gene Hoglan or anybody else wants to release official statements, he releases official statements. Posts on a private forum are not 'official' and considering that Devin wants to stay out of the limelight from now on, it's especially ironic to repost this on Blabbermouth. Borivoj Krgin has more than enough fodder without Devin-related news articles anyway.
