Anyone with a PS3 has to own inFamous. It's seriously fucking amazing. It's worth the money just for the parcour element. The fact that everything in the city is scalable just ads a dimension to this game that just makes it stand heads above the crowd. There might never be another PS3 exclusive to top it!

If you watch it long enough, you'll see some familiar faces and symbology...kinda supports my theory of the game being based around Raiden. But nothing is certain until approximately 60 hours from this post.

It seems they've added a Raiden image to that page. When I posted it here a few days ago, it just showed a bunch of unconnected letters and Big Boss. Who knows? I guess we'll just be waiting until E3! :D

Indeed. So many big games are expected to be announced at E3 this year...should be pretty tasty!

2 games that would make E3 for me (besides a new MGS):

A new Hitman game
Deus Ex 3

just some screens please

I've seen some Deus Ex 3 screenshots in a magazine a while back...looked good actually.

and I pre-ordered Red Faction:Guerilla and Prototype today. I have no idea when I'll even get to play those entirely since there are too many games I still need to play...heh. But I just must have them. :P

Yay, finally finished Rock Band 2's Endless Setlist on expert drums, and it only took almost exactly 8 hours.
A fake plastic drumming champion is me :) Now I'm going to reward myself with some Ki.

I got my preorder in for Prototype this morning before work as well. She'll arrive on June 12th, so I've two weeks to have all sorts of fun with inFamous before the next heavy hitter meets my PS3. :D

You actually did that!?!? I've been putting it off because...well, I don't want to die. Congrats, though.

It was pretty frustrating because large part of the songs were just boring and very repetetive. And after about three hours of playing I still had over half of the songs left and it felt like it would never end. And that damn Visions, had to try it like ten times to pass it. But it sure was an awesome feeling when I finally finished.

I'd imagine...after awhile, all you hear is the *click-clack-click-clack* of the drums, and you're not even playing! :) Visions is the song that makes me wonder if the game developers hate the fans in someway and wanted to punish them. I can pass practically every song on expert guitar, and I'm not too shabby on expert drums, but Visions on anything just isn't fun. Its because of songs like it that make me wish they had a "song deletion" feature.

I really need to get back into Rock Band. I bought it last year, around about the time it came out, played it for a few months and then dropped it.
It's a lot of fun though, I really want to get back into the drumming part of it.

Kind of makes me want to own a synth drum-kit as well, but that's really not going to happen, as if I had the money to buy one right now, I'd be spending it on guitars anyway.

Been playing a lot of Left 4 Dead on the Xbox 360 recently. I got it for Xmas but hardly played it because I got addicted to Fallout 3. It's damn good, 28-days later style fun. The weapons feel really satisfying, especially the assault rifle and hunting rifle.

So, what with all the talk of Metal Gear Solid, I had run a MGS3 Doberman (normal difficulty, no alerts, no kills, under 25 saves, etc.) file, with the aim of perfect stats. The saves were mostly unnecessary, as I played through them the majority of the time, but I kind of fucked up with the damage thing (oh well). I'm not pleased with the time, but it's been awhile, so I'm not too sharp with the mechanics. I might do some more runs, just because this game is so damn fun--anyway, here are the stats:

Anyone have a run to put that to shame?
