Have you got a verdict on that yet, as I nearly bought it today with money I haven't got (dont ask)?
Well, it has two audio bonus tracks, "Discover Me Like Emptiness" and "Clayman (live at Wacken)"; the first is also on the regular digipak, while the latter has already been released on "Armageddon Over Wacken", a Wacken 03 live compilation. So no worthwhile exclusive audio extras from my point of view.
Granted, it also has a CD-R(!!!) with live footage of three tracks recorded live in Korea. I mean, c'mon... a CD-R? With compressed, just-a-little-larger-than-stamp-size mpeg videos? The wooden box packaging and the box of matches I don't care for at all, so my bottom line was: 50 Euros for a CD-R? No thanks. Next time, make it a DVD with a full show (see below) and the match box a shirt and we'll talk again.
Especially in the context of the Hypocrisy limited edition box I bought couple of weeks earlier from the Nuclear Blast mailorder, which came in relatively simple cardboard packaging, but had an excellent DVD with a full concert (and which I've seen myself) for only 20 Euros, I couldn't help but consider the IF box a rip off.
And I thought NB had learned their lesson from the latest Dimmu Borgir box (2000 or 3000 copies, 66.66 Euros, absolutely zero extras, and this time I mean it: zero) which is still available from them to this day...
