The very end of the trailer stated "Sneak in"...obviously they have to utilize Raiden's new cyborg-ness, but I hope they maintain that stealth element, too. Still gives players the ability to either play it smart and sneak or go guns-blazing and power their way through.

I could really care less that Xbox 360 is getting a taste of the Metal Gear franchise...spread the love, that's what I say.

The thing I am kinda annoyed by is the fact that there are people complaining about Raiden. When MGS2 came out, everyone cried about not being able to play as Solid Snake for most of the game. So when Kojima makes MGS4 and players can play as Solid Snake throughout the game's entirety, Raiden gets a huge overhaul and is instantly adored by nearly everyone. I myself wanted the chance to play as this new version of Raiden, so I'm pumped to get that chance. But now everyone still wants Snake...as far as I'm concerned, Solid Snake's journey ended in MGS4. Let him be, ya know?

Agreed 100% man. Im a PS3 fan, so I was happy to see it was on PS3 as well, but I wouldn't have minded if it was just on 360. Shame 360 users still cant play MGS4 tho, one of the best games ever made, imho. And new Raiden is sick! Can't wait to play as him. I'm just pissed I have to buy a PSP now to play Peacewalker haha.

To be honest, I think going multiplatform is the smart thing to do for most developers. With development budgets constantly rising, it's going to be more and more difficult to turn a profit if you release on only one platform.

At the end of the day, game developer employees being able to to eat and pay their mortgage, is a bit more important than some fanboy nerd losing a couple of inches in a e-penis measuring contest, because let's be honest, why else would anyone give a shit if a game you like gets released on more than one platform? (Unless it gets released on one platform before the other, that's just annoying)

I can pass practically every song on expert guitar, and I'm not too shabby on expert drums, but Visions on anything just isn't fun. Its because of songs like it that make me wish they had a "song deletion" feature.

I think there are a lot of songs that are more boring than Visions.(Well, atleast on drums.) Songs like Lazy Eye or White Wedding to name a couple.

Indeed. I just wonder, out of all the metal songs out there in the same vein as Visions, why specifically Visions?

One of my favorites on drums is definitely "De-Luxe." It keeps the whole body moving, and has that constant beat that fluently transitions in and out of the chorus. On guitar, "Lazy Eye" is epic. That band has a huge sound for being a four piece.

I saw the new PSP Go thingie earlier today. I have a feeling that it and Peacewalker will be released fairly close to one another. 8)

the new Castlevania trailer looks lovely....not that I'm not sick of all the God of War look-alikes but this sure looks fun!
Left 4 Dead 2 might be fun after all. I mean, you can use an axe, a pan...and a chainsaw....a chainsaw!!! Just wait till I get my hands on it, you zombie bastards!

oh, and thanks Namco...you name a character in Tekken 6 Lars and he looks like a fuckin' emo turd...thanks a lot! Suck on this --> :bum:

Aaand Peacewalker sounds amazing. It was, in fact, exactly what I wanted. Now I Just need a PS3. Job hunting market, here I come!

Peacewalker is actually for PSP from what i've read...

Also the trailer for the next Fallout 3 DLC looks amazing, more horror elements plz!

Seriously? The PSP? I am annoyed. Big Boss deserves giant screen awesomeness. (I was entirely going by what you said. I was too tired to check it out last night. xD)

I'm concerned about what direction the story will take. MGS4 tied up a ton of loose ends, so I don't really see where it can go from here.

Prototype ain't as mindblowing as I was hoping but it's still a whole lot of fun! If you expect GTA4 meets Assassin's Creed then you'll be disappointed because you expect too much. This one's more like InFAMOUS meets Dead Rising. And yes, InFAMOUS is probably the better game but Prototype is fun none the less. Well, at least so far.

I heard basically the same thing. Dont think I'm going to get Prototype now. I hear its very helter-skelter and hard to figure out what's going on sometimes.

I still need to beat InFamous and Red Faction...

I think it depends on what you expect from it. What I like about open world games a lot is that you can just do whatever you want to do without having to give a crap about the story. You can just run around and mess with everything and everyone and that might be the most enjoyable part of this game. Kind of like Dead Rising where the story was pretty retarded and useless but messing around and chopping up zombies was the shit.

Is Red Faction: Guerrilla worth getting?

I remember playing the demo like 2 months ago and had some fun with it, but the destruction seems to be the games only selling point. It's fun to blow shit up, but is the story alone going to get me through one play of this game?

I heard the multiplayer functionality is quite fun, lots of modes.

Whats everyone's verdict?

Single player gets addictive with the ridiculous things you can pull off

The multi is damn good too, it can be a little unbalanced sometimes with certain weapons and such, but it is a very fun addition to the game. Destroyers and Damage Control(I think that's the name...) are amazing modes

Is it more worth getting than Prototype? I'm trying to decide between the two of them...
