The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford.

Bought this ages ago, never watched until last night. It was.. wow. Incredible. The visuals and music are fantastic, it has a really good cast and progresses nicely as it goes along. Never gets boring, which is good for a two and a half hour film. It really held my full attention and concentration throughout.. Mostly because I was loving it and partly because I was trying to understand what the heck they were saying sometimes.. :P But yes, highly recommend!

Oh jeez you're right! That was a great movie! Same happened here, I had it for a really long time before I watched it; I think the idea of an Affleck and Brad Pitt in a historical movie just turned me off. But it was really well done, and believable. Jesse James was really menacing.... very well acted.
You have good taste, friend.

Well Deth Warmdover from his signature image will like the last movie i saw. Dirty Harry. Really dark and sinister film. i thought the guy that played the serial killer was brilliant. i never understood the fanfare about clint eastwood but after seeing that i can understand now. amazing picture.

Let The Right One In

This one: http://uk.imdb.com/title/tt1139797/

A swedish semi-independent vampire movie. Oh no you don't, don't stop reading just because of the word vampire this movie is nothing like for example twilight. This movie is fucking awesome. Alongside with the Fountain, Let The Right One In has earned it's place in my best-movies-ever-tagteam.

Everything about it is anti-hollywood.

I don't want to give you any kind of plot summary or anything just watch it.

Dead Space: Downfall

I fail to see the point if making of such animated horror movies. Especially if they're animated with teenage mutant ninja turtles quality of animation. That sucks and is as scary as teenage mutant ninja turtles.

On the other hand, considering amount of gore in game, live action movie could be tad uncomfortable to watch :|

This is true. I still want to see the movie, but it would have been cool if they CG'ed it instead of the way they did do it.

Oh man... I've been watching like 6-7 movies a week with mah friend the past months, we're going through the top 250 imdb list. Memento was very original, Clint's new movie Gran Torino was fantastic, uhm what else... Seven Pounds! Nothing else pops in my mind, those were the ones I will remember. Watch them, I command you.
