Dude, I think people should react however they feel like reacting, not how they "should" or "should not" react. That's what makes for a cruddy society man. Expectations, guilt, ridicule for feeling or not feeling a certain way. I don't run a government, just my own life. Brings Taoist philosophy to mind. "Go with the flow" doesn't necessarily mean sitting down and biting it. It means be what you are, no judgements, no expectations. In the moment. Always.

Gaia you can try to reason emotions but it'll get you nowhere. If my mother would die today I'd be pretty much paralyzed for god knows how long. Would it help anyone? No but that's the "proper" emotional response!
