I usually wake up during the night to go for a pee. Often I don't bother putting the light on in the bathroom so I don't disturb anyone else. Last night I went for a pee and was rather sad to discover, once I'd started, that the previous bathroom user had put the lid down.

I woke up just over an hour ago, didn't get out of bed until 10 minutes ago, and I feel kinda like a zombie going through rigor mortis.
Your basic Sunday morning for me. Might have a yogurt bar.

Had a bit of a crazy night, and not in a good way. In a nutshell, went to a party, girlfriend got pretty tipsy, took her back to apartment, in her state was banging around the place, someone made a domestic violence call. Security guy comes to the complex asking and I have to explain the situation to him. He understood and left, but still... Never had that accusation thrown at me. It was really, really shaking-- even if it was so far from the truth. I feel incredibly, I dunno, disturbed I guess that some neighbor thought that and I was the potential culprit. It's nagging at me really hard for some reason... Just have to let it go I guess.

Edit: and now, in the light of day with no alcohol in my system making me dramatic, it's not a big deal at all lol. Oh booze...

Now I'm just hungry as shit. Needs me some McDonalds...

I have ALWAYS worried that that will happen to me. Also aiming in the dark is a tricky devil when intoxication has taken hold of one's face...

I don't have intoxication as an excuse but I have been ill with a bad cold and was doped up with cold medicine. I'll use that as an excuse for not checking before squatting over the loo. Of course the entire event would have been avoided had I actually sat on the thing instead.
