^If she likes your hair so much, and you want to shave it off... I suggest you do that, and give it to her.
That way you both win!

I was such an adorable little kid. Then I look in the mirror... what the fuck happen to that little kid? I look like Shawn Lane after he got fat. I mean, Jesus. I know I'm only 18 but I'm already wayyy down hill. Kinda bummed me out a bit.

It's never too late bro. I'm not exactly the skinniest dude either, but I dropped 30 pounds since I was 18. I had actually dropped more, but... I like beer.

If you can't tell I'm about to start trying to lose weight again. haha I just need something to keep me going after that initial 40.

The key is seriously exercise. If you work out enough it can counterbalance most stuff. The other part of that is, like Lettuce said, smaller portions. If you're working out, eating somewhat healthy/smaller portions you'll keep it off. Take me. I aerobically work out around 3-4 hours a week, and do muscle stuff 2-3 hours a week. I eat things that are really good but healthier alternatives. Like turkey bacon/burgers, egg whites, little red meat, lots of fruit and vegetables. That way when I want to indulge I totally can. Like this past weekend I had deep fried peanut butter cups at the state fair and didn't worry about it because I had worked out earlier that day. Really, it's everything in moderation.

I just went out and bought some healthier food and I guess I'm gonna go exercise. In all honestly the whole eating super shitty and a lot of it has gotten old lately. I've been feeling like a bag of dicks, so if anything this will just overall make me feel better!

i used to weigh 210-220 pounds, back in 2005-6, i lost LOTS (bear in mind im only 175cms tall!), and i can tell you first hand that the most important thing, besides exercise (which is like superimportant omg) is WILL POWER, you can cut back on fats and carbos all you want, but if you do not possess the will power to tell yourself "fuck this, im gonna lose some fucking weight" you will never succeed.
smaller meals, 5-6 times a day, liquids, and everything in moderation, even if you eat a tonne of veggies, all the excess will be converted to sugars and stored as fat. i know lots of people with weight problems and 100% of them blame it on genetics, glands and metabolism, sure metabolism plays a big role too, but you can control it. it's all within u man.
i sound like some cheesy motivational speaker, but its true, you can make it happen
