Tried out the PS3 move today. I was kind of... shocked, actually. It worked really, really well. I had a crack with my Wii with the bonus sensitivity thing on it, and it just didn't compare. The PS Move just blew it out of the water for reaction. Was one game where you played in a gladitorial duel thing. It's still clearly early days, but it just felt smooth. I was really rather impressed.

Out of curiosity, where were you?

Whilst playing through Episode 1& 2 of HL2 I found out that linear gameplay was a real nice switch from RPG for once. But oh yeah. Fable 3. Mmmm. Ever since I played the first game when it came out (it's my favourite too) I hoped that the developers would make a longer storyline, but Mr Molyneux seems to only focus on the small details like expressions and stuff. Nonetheless, I can't wait and the only reason I really bought my 360 was to play Fable 2.

It's kind of like an arcade, but with consoles rather than arcade machine. Makes it really easy to have giant lan matches and whatnot.

I'm working at a thing just like that in the Bay Area right now. A company I work for is getting move setups going everywhere.

I love the HL2 as much as the next guy, it was linear but also was pretty good at conveying the illusion of freedom. That demo footage of Bioshock feels like pretty narrow and obvious series of script events. Oh well let's hope they won't fuck this up.

And now for something completely different: if anyone wants to shit their pants then Amnesia: The Dark Descent is available. Great simulator of panic and utter helplessness. Completed it and can't see any flaws aside of being perhaps too soulcrushing in places. And has versions for Linux and OSX. Doesn't have console port I think but should run on pretty rubbish PC (with 1 gig of RAM and SM 3.0 GPU).

Zombies are the last thing RDR needs.

And I don't mean that in a "RDR has everything else already" kind of way. :\

Completed Apple Jack, still the most amazing experience. 100 levels for 1 dollar.

Working on Comic Jumper, it's pretty effing amazing in its own right.

Slappy was one of the creepiest things I've seen in a video game in a long time...Well done Capcom

He was THE true psycho of the game. I mean, they were all pretty psychotic(I havent even seen them all yet  ) but he may be the worst!

Also, Castlevania Lords of Shadow is a very up and down game. The graphics are insanely good. The music is great, the combat is solid. The game's length is also ridiculous, 2 discs! Mass Effect 2 was the last game I saw with more than 1 disc!

On the other hand: the camera is one of the worst I've seen in a game. Enemies can just run through a volley of your best attacks and still hit you as if you've been throwing paper airplanes at them. The boss fights are nice, though the camera can shoot it down quite quickly.

Overall I like it. I dont think it's as good as it could be. It feels a lot like God of War at times, but not as polished.

yeah...I want a Slappy T-Shirt and I want it now!

also, what you are saying about the new Castlevania game basically is equal to what I read in most reviews. Awesome graphics but lots of camera problems and it's too much like GOW. I also heard that it does not really feel like a Castlevania game because of enemies that don't fit into the Castlevania concept and other things. I'll definitely check out the demo at least but so far it sounds like I might wait untill I can get the game cheap. Not really up for another GOW-type game right now.

I got the demos for both Enslaved and Castlevania the same night, I was astounded how much more I liked Enslaved.

I cannot wait to play through Enslaved. Though I'm keeping it on a back burner for a time when there are no new games coming out and I want something to play.

Lars, the game is good overall. It's a bit of a challenge on normal difficulty, more so than God of War, but not as bad as Ninja Gaiden 2. The story is ok so far, it's nothing exceptional, but it's functional.

Definitely give the demo a go, you may end up liking it.

just finished Dead Rising 2 with the 'S' ending. It was a lot of fun and I guess I'll replay it again for some more achievements and to save all survivors next time. I saved every single survivor in my playthrough and did not get the achievement for saving 50 survivors and I was like 'whaaaaa???'. Turns out there's 3 or 4 hidden survivors and that rescue mission can only be activated during a certain time frame...awesome...that is kinda hard to figure out without checking online. Anyways, I hope I'll manage to do it next time AND I want to fight Slappy again...fun game!
