That Dead Island trailer does look amazing. Watched it many times in the last few days. It's really quite beautiful! There is talk of a Walking Dead game as well... As much as zombies are great in games I hope they don't get over-done too much.

I agree, Dead Island should be awesome, the trailer is pretty amazing, this game could be something different. And it's been in development for 276597659 years now! I loved the Call of Juarez games so I'm hoping this one will be good too!
And as for zombie fatigue...ain't ever gonna happen to me. I'm a zombie addict!

Just watched that Dead Island trailer, and it does look awesome, but I am weary of awesome trailer with no gameplay footage.
I like that they say the combat focuses on melee, so many zombie shooting games, we need an axe/machette/sledgehammer hitting zombie game.
Dead Rising is not enough, no.

I have been anywhere, nowhere, everywhere, over there... just never here. Till now, at any rate. But I have returned to cast further inane nonsensical ramblings once again.

The concept of the total free roam sounds nice if they can do it right. That time aspect of Dead Rising always got on my tits cos I felt it really impeded the sense of freedom in the game. A big open sandbox with the threat of zombies would be preferable to miniature map with zombies EVERYWHAR in many ways, I think. Once it's not a Just Cause 2 overly uberhuge map anyway!

Been waiting for this game for years.

Honestly the game I want the most right now is Mass Effect 3.

Can't wait to see how the story ends. Will be kinda sad too, though.

I fully agree! But I'd prefer them to just end Mass Effect rather than coming up with crappy spin offs that won't make any sense....dunno....like a Mass Effect golfing game Guess that won't happen but you probably get my point.

Yup Mass Effect 3 will be grandiose, or so I hope.
In the meantime, we have Dragon Ages 2 that is coming shortly, and that should be quite a tasty game too.

I have to say, Bioware is BY FAR the greatest video game developer of today, in my opinion. I've never gotten as deep into a game's story as i have with KOTOR, Dragon Age, & Mass Effect. It's like a game & an amazing book, rolled into one.
