Playing a PC game on and off called 'The Suffering'. It has recently been released as freeware and ain't bad for a freebee.

I'm playing Medieval 2 Total war and I think I'm rather rubbish as a king . Battles look nice, though. Five thousands of lil, 3d, rather detailed computer knights in one scene is in some way more impressive than Crysis' rendered jungle.

Way harder than I thought it was going to be. You REALLY do need to work as a close-knit team to make it through.

yup, I'm at Level 20 too now and actually, there's not too many locations left that I need to check out, now that I see where they are, heh. It's just a matter of getting there because you often have to use the tunnels and underground stations and I'm often a bit lost in those Oh and the Ghoul mask rules indeed, looks pretty nasty! The Oasis quest is....weird! Really dug that one! And still no luck with the crashing alien space ship Guess my luck level may not be high enough. It's only at level 6. Now all I can do is find the Luck Bobblehead and hope it makes a difference. Enemies are no threat anymore by any means because I always take 'Fawk' with me and he kicks tons of ass. Played close to 70 hours now and there's still lots to do!!

oh and today I received my Left 4 Dead and my Resistance 2. I'm especially looking forward to Resistance 2 because of all the huge, crazy alien monsters...whoooo! Left 4 Dead should be rally cool too. I dig anything with zombies. Although I do hope it not too difficult and doesn't get frustrating too often. But I heard the A.I. director makes sure you have enough ammo and aid packages if you don't play too well!

When my friend and I played the Left 4 Dead demo, we felt that the Normal difficulty was too easy...we wanted that feeling of actually being vulnerable while knee-deep in zombie corpses, having to fight for you life as if your actual one truly depended on it. So we always played on at least Advanced, but sometimes if we were getting too confident, we'd vote to up the difficulty to Expert and just try to hold a position (usually where there was ammo nearby so it wasn't completely impossible). My friend tried to hide in a closet when one of the tank dudes appeared, but it just broke the door down and my friend started to deficate bricks!

Left 4 Dead definitely gets harder the faster your run through the zombies.

I still want Resistance 2, I loved the first one.

I'm still damn well hooked on Call of Duty World at War...

Resistance 2 is pretty damn cool. Much better than the (underrated) first one, which I liked a lot too. The monsters are way bigger, the graphics are better, the action is way more intense and diverse. I'm really liking it. Left 4 Dead is pretty cool too, it may not ever get a graphics award but I just love zombie stuff.

was it an accident for you too, Dave? For me it was when I finished it because I didn't want to see the end yet. Oh and I raised my 'luck' to level 8 now. I hope I'll see that damn UFO crash now!!!

oh and Resistance 2 is really awesome. Yesterday I finished off the leviathan moster and boy, it was very impressive. I'd say that was my videogame moment of the year. (you can see that moster in the link in one of my earlier posts) I was like 'whoa...that's why I love videogames!'

Been tearing up CoD5 lately. Online mostly. Its much tougher than CoD4. I RAPE on CoD4 but I just can't get the hang of 5. The levels are much larger and the spawning is a little fucked up I think.

Hahahaa, nah he does the voice over for the Marines online. I absolutely love CoD World at War! And yes the spawning online is fucked up, as is the weapon balancing(when you get the weapons, its so spread out...but some of them like the Flamethrower and PPsh are understandable)

Haven't done Zombie mode yet, but the whole online multiplayer co-op is just badass!
And yeah, the tanks piss me off sometimes. So hard to destroy. that game online is pissing me off in general.
I gotta switch to CoD4 to calm down sometimes haha!

I havent played CoD4 in sooo long on 360, though me and a few friends thought about playing it this past weekend(I dont even remember my kill/death ratio or how many kills I got or anything!)

I'm just absolutely addicted to CoD WAW's multiplayer...I'm almost level 60
