(I saw a bit of 'Full Metal Jacket' last night. I didn't realise it was filmed at the old Canary Wharf in London.)

I'm just back from seeing 'The Water Horse' at the cinema. My daughter made me take her. I thought the best bit of the movie was the part where I ate a hotdog and had a drink of Tango.

Okay so it is a kids' film and fairly nice for all that I must admit. The weepy moment at the end very nearly got me. The geographical inaccuracies were a bit silly, like Loch Ness opening directly onto the sea and Inverness nowhere in sight. One or two other big fat howlers but, well, kids' film - fair enough!

Ok, I saw Saw 4.

It was really creepy, as you would expect, and it was the second best Saw movie I have seen!

The machinery in this one is .. brrrr :fear:

It's not the greatest movie made, but I liked it.
I didn't eat candy at all watching that, it was too gross :D

8,5/10

Agreed.

Ellen Page was cuter than puppies wearing silly hats and Elton John sunglasses while trying to draw the infamous 'clarebear' picture.
And I laughed out loud during the film wich is kind of rare these days 'cause I'm all tr00, kvlt and evll you know :D

Excuse me? What function?

Friends and Foes... in your User Control Panel. You can put people in a wee Friend box or a wee Foe box. Other than that I've no idea what actual 'function' it serves. A new mysterious toy for us to investigate. :D

It is sort of a version of "internet voodoo". :o

Once somebody is added to your "foes" list - the next time they post they are pulled into their computer a la Tron, where they have to battle it out with entire folders of angry lolcat pictures...

As for friends...well, once you add a friend, and they post - they are instantly teleported to your house, where they eat everything in the refrigerator, then take up permanent residence on your couch - to watch daytime TV...pausing only to fart every so often... :help:

I actually fought against including this particular module...but would anyone listen? "Naah...it'll be alright, Dave...nobody will notice the friend/foe function anyway..."

Oh yeah? THEY FOUND IT!!! HAPPY NOW?? Who'll be laughing when half the forum is screaming "I are stucked in your mainframe!", while the other half is catatonic in front of Dr. Phil, with entire chicken wings stuck to their faces, floating in clouds of their own intestinal vapors...who, I ask ya??

Umm. Time for bed methinks.

P.S. How come you've got a keeking eye avatar as well? Hmph! Although yours doesn't look too healthy. Little bit of chloramphenicol required there I think.
