I can hardly believe it (especially with the hipster-mentality of this, the internet-age), but it does look like Breaking Bad might make it with an entire universally loved life-cycle kept intact. Even "The Wire" has had its perfect track-record disputed by some (fools, I say, bloody fools!). That last scene of last night's episode once again distilled everything that is brilliant about the show. So intense! Pitch perfect pacing and acting! You're right there, as the viewer!
With both Mr. White's and Dexter Morgan's shenanigans reaching their ultimate climax, mondays (Europe-time) are pretty good.

I've been considering watching that actually, seems like an interesting concept. Might give it a go once I've finished Fairy Tail. Only on episode 10 of it so still a long while yet!

Do it but wait until the last couple of episodes of the season air. It's worth it for the soundtrack alone and the story ain't too bad. Not flawless though, it suffers from "anime time dilution". You know, those moments when the characters need to do something FAST but have these little monologues before acting? It's so infuriating sometimes
By the way. I find myself watching less and less american tv-series and switching more and more into anime. It's mainly cause I like my stories to not be episodic and have a clear ending. Are there any good recent live action tv-shows that have somewhere between 12-25 episodes and are clearly meant to end, not cancelled?
