i really, really cant wait to hear that last song on the moth! i think it was called steel hearts? that bit at the end where devin is just humming 3 notes (last note repeated once) is the perfect summary of this moment in time. ive been humming it constantly to keep myself centered during this awkward transition. it would be epic as fuck if you released it on christmas maybe then they will finally understand what the gift really is.

in all of my infinite years listening to everything and judging every single sound, i have not heard anything quite like devin's music. he captured both the boundaries of music theory and reality itself. the gospel is as good as it ever was they just need to now hear it.
