The best example of dyanamic analog sound that I can think of is Mr. Bungle's "California" and "Disco Volante". You just don't hear much music recorded like that these days...

There are few possibilities: either I am deaf, my not-so-expensive Technics amp with Sennheiser phones are utter shit, Steve Wilson records his stuff in studio to 128kbit files or LAME programmers are fucking geniuses. Can't decide. Abandoned further testing and got back to listening to Porcs.
