Hello, my name is Erik, Devin Townsend is one of my favorite bands as you could have guessed.

These are some of the bands I like; Dream Theater, Queensryche, Ayreon, Savatage, Kamelot, Angra, Circus Maximus, Devin Townsend, Porcupine Tree, Magnitude Nine, Opeth, Symphony X, Threshold, Vanden Plas, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Megadeth, Strapping Young Lad, Dreamscape, Fates Warning, Scar Symmetry, Nocturnal Rites, Tarot, Into Eternity, DragonForce, Thunderstone, Yes, Sonata Arctica, Rush, Arch Enemy, Nightwish, Circle II Circle, Lacuna Coil, O.S.I, Pink Floyd, Pantera, Rory Gallagher, Shadows Fall, 3, Steve Vai, Ozzy Osbourne, Redemption

If I had to pick a top five it would go

Dream Theater
Devin Townsend
Iron Maiden
Kamelot
Queensryche

Anyways, enough about me, I was just wondering if anyone knows if there are any plans towards Devin/Inside Out making a box set of all of Devins stuff? The reason I ask is because I bought all his albums on Emusic and Itunes and I would like to own his hard copies. (I do not illegally download, I buy all my stuff one way or another)

Well then, thanks for your guys's time and I'm sure we can all look forward to Ziltoid!

I'll be around here posting and such!

I like this guy already! Can't go wrong with a fellow Erik (with the 'k') who happens to be into a lot of really good music.

As for the box set thing, I have no idea. That'd probably be something you should post in the "Ask Tracy" forum.

Hey Erik, welcome to the boards.
I wouldn't get your hopes up on the whole boxed set thing. These boxes are usually made for the 'big stars', Iron Maiden, Motorhead, those kind of bands. Devin's music is too versatile on every record to be able to release a boxed set. The only thing, which maybe will be released is 2 CD's in one package, but it'll take a while.

I think box sets are mostly silly attempts to rake in a bunch of extra cash...
