Music recommendations?

I usually try and find one good band or artist every other week, so Im contantly searching the net for my right niche. Devin is the prime example of what I look for in music. Beautiful melodies, powerful, uplifting chorus'. I also like the combination with metal (Fear Factory, 40 Below Summer). So, can anyone recommend some bands and/or artists to fit my particular needs?
Id appreciate it! :D

There's actually a rather HUGE thread here, if you'd like to have a browse. :)

Yeah, my search skills are lacking sorry! :(
Though Im incredibly stoked at all the awesome tunes I found in that thread. You guys all have a wonderful taste in music!
Bands that really did it for me so far:
Porcupine Tree
Scar Symmetry
Raunchy
Kino
Smaxone

Now the dilemma on how to obtain this music....

Although they can be morose and dark, Evergrey often have little moments of inner-reflection and hope-inspiring breakdowns or pre-choruses that offer cool contradictions to their often deep and moody lyrics. They also, in my opinion, have great melodies, and display a decent amount of power/emotion in their playing. For a good example of this, check out the song "Your Darkest Hour."

Evergrey is indeed sick, thanks!

My 'favourite' music store has had that one for a while, winking at me. Is it worth getting (I believe they're charging 13 euros)?

From what I heard I love, and if I had a credit card I'd totally buy it.

the Smaxone CD I know is pretty cool...not the best production but musically it's very good. You can hear the Devy influence!
