This is exactly the kinda crap that gives metal a bad name. That guys a piece of shit. Feel pretty bad for those two.

This is pretty messed up. What drove this Tommy guy to do this is beyond me.

As much as I've basically lost respect for Dino...thats just stupid. This pussy is mad because he was kicked out of Divine Heresy because Dino and the others didnt like him, so in turn he has to use violence to settle things. It's people like him that DO give metal a bad name...

as fucked as that sounds, i wouldnt be too surprised if there was more to the story than that. Dinos got a reputation for being a complete ass hole from what i hear.

but then again that tommy guy does look like quite the wife beater...

Thats all very true.

I always find it very hard to judge these things because you only know like 10 % of the whole story. And i have never seen newspapers or the internet as a reliable source of information

I saw this one coming . I was refering more to domestic violence, people who can't have an argument without their fist etc. Of course there should be equal punishment no matter the sex. And if some crazy woman tried to kill me I would surely defend my self with teeth and nails, but I despise cowards beating women a third their size just because they can.

Well, that's kind of obvious. I'd also hit a child if they were shooting at me. Maaaaaybe you're being a fraction to literal?

BTW I do think you have a valid argument re sentencing etc. I'd also add sexual assault to the list. Why is a man having sex with a 15 year old girl sexual assault, whilst a woman having sex with a 15 year old boy is a case of "lucky for him"? I mean, when I was 15 I would have jumped at the chance, but that doesn't make it less of a crime.

How about we put it this way.. no one should ever hit anyone. Much less a man hit a woman. Unless it done for the express purpose of legitimately protecting the life and safety of yourself or someone else from immediate and identifiable physical harm. Or something.

so anyway about the subject at hand instead of essays about the rights of each respective sex...
