Well, I stumbled accross this, since Dev is a big Dark Crystal fan I'm guessing there's atleast a few fan's here. Apparently the movie is being made, the sequel being called "The Power of the Dark Crystal".

I'm always excited when the Jim Henson company is doing movies, personally never been a Dark Crystal fan but Farscape is one of my all time favorite Sci Fi shows, there was even a race in one episode based on the Skeksis.

That movie was a childhood favorite, so I'd be thrilled about a sequel!

Usually I'm not into sequels, but this seems like it has a lot of potential - Thanks for the heads up!

Is it actually finally going to exist!?!? The talk of a sequel has been going on for fecking yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeears. Hopefully it will still have the same visual awesomeness the first one has.

So does any one who wrote the sequel? Would be a shame if it didn't do the original any justice.
