I may as soon as I get the pressed discs. Don't know when that will be.
And I really can't stand rap at all, but it was a job, and I've got bills to pay. :D

It'd teach you a bit though.

Truth is, there are a lot of good elements too all kinds of music. I am not a fan of electronica but my friends are, some of the shit they've shown me has given me many new different ideas with how I want to record and mix.

Overall, I don't get much musical worth out of electronica and hip hop. No disrespect, it just ain't my bag.

I'll take the plugged in guitar any day.

Ok, this is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay off topic but where did you pick up the "ain't my bag" phrase because my friend has been saying it for months, if not a year, and she would delight in knowing others were using it, lmao

Unfortunatly I came into this one way too late to put my hand up for Bass but I could still try for it, apparantly I have a talent and people have watchd me play songs from City and HAARHT and commented on my speed. Not that I'm that good but I'm modest so it's really up to someone else to say how good I am.
I have a guitarist who is Dev obssesed (almost), Next time I see him I'll let him know (so long as he isn't already here somewhere)

Hey man, we're not saying it's going to be only one band. I have been thinking about it. If there are enough musicians, we could make like a 4-track EP with every song played by different musicians and vocalists.
Or even some hybrids, like Devin's songs meet other musicstyles. Could be cool.

A bunch of bands/artists in the David Bowie community got together and did this a few years back, here. It turned out really well, actually; over 50 submitted tracks from bands all over the world. Sadly, MP3.com is gone now, so the songs are no longer hosted..
