Um, I think that you have transcribed it in the wrong position. I don't believe that devy plays it like that, I think he holds a chord like so:

and then alternates with holding the fourth fret notes and taking off the first finger to let the open G ring and then putting the first finger down on the fourth fret of the low C, something like:

Yeah, that would make a lot more sense with the bent 4s on the g string! Where did you get the postioning, is there a live video of this song anywhere? I will update the tab with that position in the meantime

I can hear the open strings ringing out beneath the chord, that's what made me think that was where he played it. I have the Official Bootleg though so I'll check it out and see where his hand is.

Cause you can't play it in normal tuning.

It goes too low and a lot of the chords just plain can't be played on a standard tuned guitar either. THIS IS THE TUNING HE USES, SRY

I may be wrong (I mean this), but to me it sounds like some big string's sound. This would allow some slight plam-mutting on downstroke only.
