It's in the end of "Canada" [ it's a sample from TV (quebec channel)] that you can hear french voices

Can anybody translate that here? A human would be better to do it than a crappy online translator.

I'm getting:
"at the houses of parliament (or whatever the Canadian equivalent is), the Prime Minister said sadly that young people opposed the opening of borders"

It's been a good few years since I did French at school though.
