haha well, down the main street of werribee we have a tree made out of metal in the middle of one of the roundabouts. its branches look all lightning struck and the trunk is about 2metres wide. who designed that i have no idea!!

but we have some palm trees at the other end and green neon lights at the base so when its night time all the trees are completely green, looks ace!!

Its because soccer should be pushed more than cricket. Not only is soccer australia's most played sport but it would easily generate the most cash.

mmm world cup

not sure how that explains how we lost the cricket - soccer seams to have been getting a pretty big push in the last 12 months - but now that's over, we can feast on our traditional footy codes.
Last week's rugby league reminded me which is the greatest game of all....

lets hope it's decided by skill with the foot - as opposed to acting skills.
i think we might pull 1 upset out of the bag - we need to do better than the '74 team, now we're back. :)

Gotta have a talk to my mate in Immigration...they let anyone in here these days.

Gillespie still going - 163 at time of post. THIRD (not fourth) nightwatchman to score a hundred, and the highest score and longest innings by a NWM by quite a stretch.
Re-written the record books. Good on him.
