Posted: Mon Mar 07, 2005 3:16 pmI think that Slow Me Down was the first song from AE that I instantly loved on first listen. The others took a while to grow on me. I'll admit it and say that AE was not my most favorite thing I had heard from Devin when I first bought it. It took me many listens to get to a point where I dig it every bit as good as say Terria or Infinity.
Oh....yeah....Slow Me Down, most assuredly. I can listen to that song repeatedly and not get sick of it.

Posted: Wed Aug 24, 2005 4:11 amWhen i first heard that opening heavy riff in Slow Me Down i was blown away to the point of jumping out of my chair and yelling "holy shit!" The heaviest pop song ever, and for that alone it wins my vote.
However i think the Sunday Afternoon has my favourite moment on the albums, when it goes "Sunday afteeeernooooon...bowwowwooowaowoaw".
Makes me tingle.

these are 2 fantastic songs, they are very unspoken about!!!
i cant believe they are hidden away right at the end of AE
but come to think about it, that album is full of 100% consistent songs.
AE is probably my most played Dev lately, its just too good.

considering that Sunday Afternoon is possibly my favorite on the album (gives me immense chills) and that I find Slow Me Down nearly unlistenable... yeah.
