lol....the reason I asked is because I believe she´s speaking Icelandic.......but what she is saying is really weird. I can only hear it properly if I´m using headphones.

The woman is talking about manifestations against the opening of the Quebec's frontiers.Something like that...But It's not very clear.

Yep, I remember Dev saying that it was sampled from a commercial because there is a large Asian community in Vancouver so there are many Asian commercials

It's not? I'd think it'd be pretty hard for someone (eg. Paul up there) to hear entire french words or sentences in something that isn't french... but possible I guess. :P
