I've ordered it too. I used an international money transfer, no credit card of paypal I'm from Belgium so it's possible for the netherlands too I guess.

Mine arrived the other day. Its quite cool, can't believe I've waited nearly 8 years for this thing! The additional art is awesome and although I already had all of the bonus content its still cool to have the digi pack.
