I have heard it since the album came out. Devin's a huge fan of Stravinsky, so I'm pretty sure it was intentional.

I don't think it's in the same key, though.

Good, so it's not just me! I didn't realise that devin was a huge Stravinsky fan because im quite a contemporary fan myself.

It is indeed the first theme of the "Rites of Spring" better known as "Le Sacre du Printemps". The reason why only so few people have realized it being there at the end of the song might be that it is played only by a bassoon. It almost escaped my ears although I knew what to expect. I really admire your listening abilities. By the way, it's in the correct key.

the Rites of Spring is badass, got it on CD with firebird.

Yeah, that's probably my favorite orchestral piece ever. I wouldn't have noticed that allusion if that weren't the case.

I don't want to get too off topic here..

But I love Stravinsky

The Rite Of Spring and Firebird are incredible

But there are other lesser known symphonies and ballets and concertos that he did too which are stunning

Fireworks and King Of The Stars comes to mind
Not to mention Petroushka (or however the hell its spelled)
The intro to that is phenominal
