Re-mix?

Listening to 'Truth' noticed my surround sound amp. doesn't like it much. Sounds cool in stereo mode, but if put through surround modes it warps out a bit. Any one else noticed this? Love to have a version that was HD (High Definition, or Heavier Devier), or a better mix to get all those layers fully filling my room.

I've got a few Japanese re-mastered albums, 24 bit, (Floyd and Sabbath). They do sound heaps better, louder, clearer. Do they pay for the rights to do this, or do you have to pay them?, dunno. Could be a cool thing to get done in the meantime, if it's to far back on the back burner.

I experience the same thing through a 5.1 surround sound system.

It seems like the sound in the outro fades from 5.1 to 2.1 a lot, and it sounds really weird.

Robert Fripps, Buenos Aires Suite—III Streets, from Radiophonics 1995 soundscapes vol 1. is the best track I've ever heard through 5.1 surround.
Spin the absolute crap out of you.
