you scared the shit out of me, i was listening to ocean machine for the first time (love it) but i was listening to the bonus track and THAT SCREAM AT THE END!!! and it goes for ages too!!!!!! i was cringing in pain!!!

Hahah, it got me several times, too.
Once I was listening to The Death of Music on my computer, when somebody sent me a piece of home-brew music and asked me to give it a listen. I told her I had to finish TDOM first (and she agreed of course) and I listened to Things beyond things after that, too.
Then I pressed pause, and listened to the song she sent me in another audio player.
After that, I unpaused.... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!

put on Ocean Machine right before i went to bed one night,woke up in the early morning and put it back on....let it play....i had just fallen back asleep when..."YYYAAAAHHHHRRRR!!!!"....jumped up in my bed looked around with eyes WIDE OPEN thinkin WTF i had just heard!.....then just laughed after i realized what it was

I remember I was driving home (I had been out of town for the day) at around 2 am...it was a 3 hour drive, and towards the end of the second hour I was getting rather drowsy. I had "Ocean Machine" queued up to play...and when the scream at the very end came...let's just say I was wide awake for the rest of the drive!

Lol, just two nights ago I was demoing my new headphones on Ocean Machine. Lovin' it. Things Beyond Things ends and I was marvelling at how nice my headphones were when
BAM! The scream. I think I nearly shit myself a little when I jumped.

Weird, I always crank up the volume a bit at work in anticipation of the scream. I love the "oh god, not again" look on coworkers. They ask me why I like it so much, and I say, "Go ahead, TRY to do that. You can't. No one can, and the way it sounds is beyond human...like a cyberbanshee straight from Scotland, to take YOUR SOULS!!!" They hate me at work for that.
