The sample at the end of Life?

This may have been asked (I'm sorry if it has), but I wanted to know what that sample was from the end of Life. I believe the verbatim is:

"In death, not only are the mightiest and the most humble brought down to the same level, but were no different from any other organism."

I'm shocked that this quote doesn't bring anything up in Google aside from Devin Townsend pages. XD. Who is that? It sounds like Professor Richard Dawkins both in voice and in subject matter, but I haven't a clue.

I appreciate the effort, but that's Seventh Wave. I said Life.

Yeah, I know. My brain was VERY stuck, wasn't it? I've been looking for the quote you're talking about for some time, too.

Sorry. :D

No problem. ^_^ I can't get over how much it sounds like Dawkins.

It's too Amercian to be Dawk-daddy.

But that sounds like the kind of thing he'd say.

Are you sure? I feel like there's a distinct British accent, but eh, I don't know much. XD

Based on the statement and the voice i would say it's Terence McKenna. I can't find the video on youtube with that specific quote though
