Yep, it's great. When I asked if it would be possible to return a defective SYL DVD I bought at a show (I wasn't expecting a yes, but I figured it couldn't hurt), I got the new DVD within a few days along with a newsletter and thank-you note. :D It's a wonderful addition, really makes buying from HDR that much more appealing. Makes things feel more personal instead of just a mechanical routine.

My Ziltoid arrived with a newsletter too... this time, my Punky Bruster didn't... but for obvious reasons... :lol:

I would love to know if I can ask for a copy of Synchestra signed (autographed) by Devin... I dont know how this works so I imagine it's not possible since it is an old record...

At least, if i come here often, I would know when to look for special editions of the new stuff... :D
