Great question!, at first I thought "what are you on about, it's the CD of course!" but after some thought I was turning, maybe it would be great to see the previous albums all wrapped up in a nice live DVD experience, a conclusion of sorts before moving on to the main course.

But after some more thought, and Dev's tantalising preview (you bastard) it's going to be hard enough resisting the urge not to download let alone hold the fucking thing in my hand and not listen to it!

Depends exactly what is on the DVD. If there is notihng to do with Synchestra, then the DVD first. If there is a making of or something, then maybe the DVD first. If there is any of the songs in full, then the CD first, so i can hear the music properly.

Definitely CD though, although I might try to do same crazy both at once stuff that won't turn out too good (playing the DVD with sound off while pretending he's playing the music on the cd maybe)

having never EVER heard SYL or DTB before, i bought alien as a gamble and put the DVD in first and played the vid for oh my fucking god. my first thought was "WOW! LOOK AT THAT GUYS HAIR" (obviously refering to devy) and when they started playing, my jaw just dropped and it only got better...
