Sell CDs for 5 - 8 € and raise the demand and turnover = make more bucks. I don't understand the strategy of the record industry.

I agree that the UK prices in HMV and so on are crazy,but £10 for a cd isnt that bad, this is how i see it, a cinema ticket is £5 that lasts 2 hoursish, a great cd can give you hours,if not years of entertainment. We all know that someone somewhere is taking a big fat slice of the pie from cd sales,but thats the way of the world i'm afraid and its not going to change anytime soon.

Anyway enough taking pish from me.

I'm gonna listen to Oceansize and buy all of their releases - in vinyl of course !
