Are there any US online stores selling the Special Edition? I can only find overseas outlets and can't find it on Amazon.

I'm sure you can buy it from HDR once the album is released.

The standard edition, without DVD, will be on HDR januray 20th. For the special edition, dates are unknown so far.

I've had no problems finding copies on UK online stores so I can't see the problem with US ones? Seems very strange.

I preordered mine from http://www.cdinzane.com. Just scroll down on the main page and it's there for $23. It's a small store but it's pretty reliable.
