What does "Pixillate" mean?

....is it some kind of canadian slang?

I looked but haven't found its meaning. Can anyone explain perhaps? Thanks a lot :P

Think 'pixel', the smallest component of a digital image. You know, that the screen you're watching right now is made up of.

So I guess 'to Pixillate' would mean to turn something into pixels. Or somesuch.

And the effect of pixellating, is that everything's the same, if you only look close enough.
