Well that was a stunning weekend.
Not a bad sound graced my ears.
Paul Catten is fucking mental live. I need some more of his bands.
As expected, Shining were mad as ever. Short but manic set.
Dragged into Sunlight were just utterly filthy. Soooooo goooooood.
Doom. Probably my band of the day. First time crowd surfing. Crust-tacular.
I swear the bass from Godflesh ruined my throat. Had to leave two songs in for a drink. Then I came back for more punishment. They were everything I wanted them to be live.
Dev... Well, you know. Having seen the man several times this year I've pretty much heard every varience of his 2011 set lists, so I was beyond fucking happy when he played Heaven Send.
Cue a few more ciders, some tragic dancing and singing along in the cheese room. Wonderful night.
Sales were apparently very good in the end.
Roll on 2012? I fucking hope so!
