Just remember, anything can be unveiled at NAMM, we have to really wait and see. The V wasn't ready last year, and over the course of the year, modifications have been made, some stuff worked and it didn't.
Time will tell, but I'm still interested to try out a final product

How will it fit in CD case? Extremely short scale I guess.

Couple of Twitter updates:

Any pictures you've seen are not the final guitar, there are 2, and under wraps till the march tour. They are fierce. Photos and vids soon

There are two? TWO? Does this mean that the strat-style guitar is actually being made as well, or just two versions of the V? Either way, that's awesome!

I could be 2 versions of the V, maybe a 6 and a 7, or maybe the 7 string in the grey and the black satin, or maybe the V and that strat dev whipped out during the encores of the last tour, looks like we won't see it till a week or 2

The best bet is probably a V and a strat, of which the latter would be awesome. Ki tone here we come!

It'd be a lot cheaper than the Eric Johnson strat Dev used...

So I work at a music store and our Peavey rep came in today and I asked him about Devin's signature guitar. He said they expect to have it out in June. The specs look pretty great, I might get one if the price is good.

It's still announced as 'coming soon' on Peavey's website. Granted, it's been that way since this topic started but at least it hasn't been taken off entirely.
