The new Vai is OK at times, but a little less inspiring than previous albums. Sounds to me like a cross between Fire Garden and some bits of Sex & Religion. No Dev though.

I thought there were some parts in Dying For Your Love where Vai's singing is very very reminiscent of Dev. Maybe he's been taking vocal lessons from him
