I found that tab forever ago. Ziltoidia Attaxx entire rhythm, then the Solar Winds intro, then both main riffs of Hyperdrive were the first things by Devin I learned to play.

solar winds got my vote, purely because its the most original sounding dev style track on record.
i love all the other tracks, but i find that i like them because they somehow share some kind of style which appears in other dev songs here and there.
solar winds is just beautiful and unique.
love those little cheeky artificial harmonics in teh middle of teh captain spectacular pledge.
love it

Basically a tie between Planet Smasher and CYW. CYW is the closest thing Dev's done to recreate the SYL feel, but the Planet Smasher's entry during the song gives wayyyyyy too clear a picture of a giant epic creation in the sky, with perfectly-fitted music to support it, that I voted for that instead.

this album is best played as a whole. along with an ultimate cup of coffee, this is the ideal road trip album. if i HAD to choose one song though, it would probably be hyperdrive.

Color Your World is the best. Its got great length and a great harmonious mid section. Also I builds perfectly and compliments the greys excellently. I wish I could write like Dev
