It is almost too difficult to choose a favorite from this album. I could list points of why I'd favorite them all. All Hail The New Flesh is the most complete song with the most changes, that I remember. The 2nd song on most albums in the world are chosen this way. You have your intro and then the band really gets you on that 2nd track. Detox is awesome but it's more of a fun track. Home Nucleonics must be my favorite if only for the Ministry style part, "FUCK YOUR BULLSHIT AMERICA." Underneath the Waves was my original favorite because of the soaring vocals. Spirituality is awesome and dark but doesn't hit that headbang nerve. Well it kinda does in an awesome, dark way. I just love the CD as a whole.

AAA was the first SYL song i liked, appropriate in that it is about a loner's desire to be accepted. Also, do not shave while listening to Underneath the Waves. You will cut your face from singing/screaming/smiling.

All Hail The New Flesh for sure :) It may be an obvious pick but god damn... What a mind-blowing track... For me it's easily my favorite metal song of all time! It's super fun to sing (scream) along too as well... Close second would probably have to be Detox or OMFG (my first SYL song :) )
