Hi!

I don´t know if everybody noticed (we had a thread about it already here: http://www.hevydevyforums.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6666, it´s topic number 6666 :-)), but a re-issue of City has been released today (only in the US i guess). I asked Century Media Germany about it and got the answer that it will be released in germany, too. They hadn´t a release date yet, but they said maybe august.

Contents:
Velvet Kevorkian/ All Hail The New Flesh/ Oh My Fucking God/ Detox/ Home Nucleonics/ AAA/ Underneath The Waves/ Room 429/ Spirituality BONUS: Centipede (Japanese Bonus Track) / Home Nucleonics ('96 Demo)/ Headrhoid (Gunt Demo)/ Detox ( '96 Demo)/ AAA ('96 Demo)/ Detox Video Enhancement

Does anyone have it yet? Does it sound better or worse than the original?

I have a live version of Underneath the Waves from the Jap (or AUS CD) of Chicken Feather. Its horribly mixed though, the volume of Gene's kick-drum is up waay too high.

got it today, the mix did sound like it had a bit more bass to it but that's all i could pick out,it was cool to hear "centipede" on the album 'cause that song always sounded like it should have been on City, the couple paragraphs that Devin wrote were fun to read as well!the only tracks i hadn't heard were the "home nucleonics" demo and the Gunt demo,it's nothing too special but it's still a worthy addition to the collection, after all...it's City :)

Mind writing out what Dev had to say about the record?

I have all the tracks on this CD, and I figured that like the HAARHT reissue, the remaster job wasn't all that noticable.
