So this was my entry. I think nobody but one got the joke I've put in here: The girl on the left is called Kiki, and dividing Kiki by 2 results in Ki! Actually I think not getting this joke was not the reason for not voting. It's still a horrible paint-creation.

What two lunatics voted for me? Thanks for wasting your vote.

Thank you, you're all too kind. I used Devin's own description of Ki (which was contradictory, to say the least) as a starting point and went from there.

"Storm, beige, Static, clear, weird, beautiful,
Threatening, resigned, furious, quantum, alien, past,
future, primative, rocks and driftwood, technological nightmare,
groovy, danceable, easy, hard, engaging, boring, frustrating, expensive,
planet smasher, conflict, incubated, peel it away and emerge"

The letters are supposed to be futuristic buildings in a desolate world with this huge dome/alien thing on constant guard. Note that the "I" is "1" since it's the first of the four releases.

I'm pretty sure the actual cover will be lightyears better (and different), thanks to all that voted though.

Cool stuff. I think you conveyed it well. I based mine on the colours he orginally said quite awhile ago. But the colours seem to have split off in to Ki and Addicted now, rendering my idea, well, sort of useless But oh well

I like the idea and style, all the little things inside the head..and the colours are nice.

Nah, I used to do all kinds of strange stuff back in school (pre-studies for illustrator -kind of deal)
but I lost focus and ended up doodling with music instead.
