This is certainly one of the most difficult things someone has ever asked me...

Coast, Disruptr, Gato, Heaven Send, Trainfire, Lady Helen and Ki are all so fucking beautiful!!!

I'm lost as to how terminal is not the favourite song of every human being on the planet! Guess it speaks to me louder than any of the other songs in a quieter way if that makes sense. Amazing song to me. Thanks Devvy

I think its my third favourite so far (from a few listens), and i agree, i am also surprised thats its not doing so well...

I prefer the calmer, more dream-like tracks on Ki, over the ones like Disruptr and Gato

and A Monday... i thought somebody by now would've chosen it.

Listening to the album again, just had Terminal... think I might be swapping with Lady Helen in my choices. I'll see in a bit...

EDIT: Oh man, its too hard to choose

Yes, very. As a matter of fact....for all the ways the word "ironic" gets misused.....this should be the defining, corrective example.

Lady helen i find this track very power ful and it alwys brings a tear to my eye when i listen to it, Great work via the dev
and Coast..mainly becuase everything the high vocal part kicks into it at 3 minutes it i always have to sing :P its soo catchy and melodic

the whole album is great, Ki and Demon League would be runners up

5. Winter
6. Lady Helen
7. Trainfire
8. A Monday
9. Demon League

I think i'm similar to you on those two songs. They're great, but im feeling this album more for its beautiful songs over those slightly more experimental/progressive songs.

They remind me of a similar situation to Hope and Monument on The New Black... never really got into those songs musically quite as much...

To copy this, I'll attempt at my own order... Which is really really difficult... Doesn't represent my votes either :D :

1. Ki
2. Coast
3. Terminal
4. Quiet Riot
5. Lady Helen
6. Heaven Send
7. Trainfire
8. Winter
9. Demon League
10. A Monday
11. Disruptr
12. Ain't Never Gonna Win
13. Gato

Well.... Really hard and not very useful to do this with this record. You can't take anything off it, seriously.

I think the "heavy" tracks contribute to the dynamics of the record. I can see how some people would like it more without them but I also think that the record would also be a lot more dynamically "flat" without them.

I've narrowed my top 5 down to Ki, Coast, Trainfire, A Monday and Terminal (in no particular order), but it's gonna take a while before I'm able to distill the best 2 from those...
