Strange Album Cover + Om on Track Listing?!!

Just bought Addicted from eBay, but it had a strange album cover compared to what I've seen before:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/130790680089? ... 1439.l2649Additionally, for some reason, Om is listed as track 11 on the eBay listing.
It hasn't arrived yet, but can anybody confirm why it has this cover and why Om is included on the track listing?

That's just the slipcase. It's on a fair amount of the records, I know HMV doesn't stock it with a slipcase though. Om is not on the record, it comes as a bonus track on Contain Us.

Any idea why Om is listed here then?
Might just be a mistake I suppose. Will be strange if it is there when it arrives...

Probably just an error on the tracklisting, if it's not on the physical packaging then I seriously doubt it's on the CD.

dunno why it would be on the tracklist either. there's no version of Addicted with a bonus track in any country (as an official release).
"Om" was re-recorded for Addicted, though, but left off. that's the whole reason it even existed to be put on Contain Us.

This has probably been covered before but I was wondering what symbolism the album cover conveys? I keep looking at the 3 crayons and thinking WTF?!
Bloody awesome album. I love every song.

The crayons basically represent Devin's 3 main musical outlets up to that point:
Red (the most worn out) = Strapping Young Lad
Blue (the second most worn) = Devin Townsend Band/Devin Townsend
Green (brand new condition) = Devin Townsend Project
