Not to encourage this derail too much, but why do Americans seem to think that politics is binary? Someone that dislikes the Republican party isn't necessarily a Democrat, just fyi

Yes, I understand that, and I didnt say democrat...but 9 times out of 10 they do hold almost fanatical libral ideals

Democrats and Republicans are almost exactly the same, and the hate speech between the two is so vitriolic and hurtful.

in other news i've yet to read any notable review of addicted that isn't positive. has anyone hre come across any negative reviews, or is this album impressing all the critics? personally i love it, but usually i can find a critic who feels otherwise.

My quick review: Strumming 2 chords for 4 minutes does not a good song make. Every single song on Addicted is like this. If I wanted to listen to 45 minutes of the stuff I'd become a guitar teacher for beginners, at least I'd get paid for it. Wheres all the cool melodies?

Really disappointed with this album, Devin is such an awesome guitar player but you would think he just picked up the instrument based on 90% of the riffs on Addicted.

Yeah, it's in Dutch, and I could translate the article..... but I am already in my pyjamas....
The point is, it's a general news-site, where they also review movies, books, music, etc, and they gave Addicted a 9 out of 10. There ya go.
