yes i agree ... no need to bag CONTRIVE at all... they did a great job... great guys belting out heavy tunes.. they love doin it and thats all that matters so fuck downers opinions. Put it this way; they were devs support act in Australia so good fuckin on them!!! rock on I say!! they facebooked messaged to my wife and said thier best reaction on the tour was in Perth.. so most of us must have enjoyed it. yes?

I never meant to be a brat about the sound... hope my post didnt come across like that.
I could not have mixed Devs music any better with that system in that venue if i had a full day to do it.. especially with the crowd in the room screaming coz they are witnessing their idol.

DTP in Fremantle was the most amazing show ever.. had more energy than G3 at challenge stadium!! And satriani said that crowd was awesome. ??

Yes the sound was a lil off but not that bad as some whining gimps are making out ..with a bit more fan support maybe we could get Dev at Metro City next time.. Freo is always an average venue sound wise but the set up is great everywhere is a good angle to view the stage .. I also saw DTP at fowlers live in Adelaide now that is an average venue with the bar in a whole diferent room.. soundwise not too bad but not great
Both shows totally rocked and blew my mind

I didn't have a problem with sound, although quite blisteringly loud. AMAZING show nonetheless. Anyone notice a fight breaking out in the pit? The guy got kicked soon after I think.

Loved hearing Namaste and Truth live. Everything Ziltoid ruled, including Ziltoid radio (haha!). Also, I thought the Addicted songs translated very well live.
