Okay! WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT!?! This was like, the BEST show I've seen in my entire goddam life. I mean, guitar contest with Z, my Z-hat idea found its way up to Devin's head, CHUCK BILLY?????!!!!!
Seriously, guys, when it came to "the greys" I found myself crying like a baby...
Now my voice is gone because of the screams, so here's my written account (and more seriously now):
-Sound was exeptionnaly good, even from the second row.
-Dev's singing was absolutely perfect, my god! what a voice!
-Dave was relly cute! don't you think?
-There was humour, laughs and cries.
-Some surprises like Chuck.
-The only downside is I was squeezed between some frantic fans like myself and some lame 15 y.o. boy who didn't even know the lyrics (and looked rather bored!)and who took the first row, for which I was craving. (but that's got nothing to do with Dev's performance of course)
So in one word: MINDBLOWING! I came all the way from Belgium for this and IT WAS FUCKING WORTH IT!!!

THANK YOU DEVIN!!!!!!!!!!!
THANK YOU TUSKA!!!
THANK YOU FINLAND!!!

I love you all! I'll come back if I get a chance, cuz YOU finnish metalheads are the best!!!
And YOU Mr. Devin, the way you pulled that show off, there's just one step between you and a god (or a demon!)
;) Cheers from Brussels!

Hah, same here during saturdays set, when two girls waiting for Kamelot (next in main stage) just stood in the front row without doing anything. Devin tried to make contact with them many times by staring at them with a bored face and doing sign of the horns. Also Devin send them kisses and shouted "You're my new friends!" to them

I cannot distinguish, emotionally, too much between Friday and Saturday's gigs. It was a continuum of brilliance both days. I just have to give one final praise for the Jam & Deep Peace combo. Like a smart captain, Dev and the band brought the huge Ziltoidian flying apparatus down with the smoothest landing you could dream of. It was good to be back on Earth.

I was there for both shows. It's going to take some time to let all the experiences to sink in. I'm still in awe from the Dev shows, plus I got to see Megadeth.

I just wish the saturday show would have lasted 2 hours instead of one :D

Towards the end of the set I found myself wondering "how's he gonna end this epic, surely not the tall latte -episode?" ... and then, Deep Peace - of course.
Didn't expect so much extra effort put into the set; video goodness, guitar duel, the Planet Smasher cameo, and two of the best solo songs, Kingdom and DP.
The best live SHOW I've witnessed (Saturday's DTP set was the most emotionally overwhelming). Thank you Dev, thank you Tuska, thank you all my fellow humans!

Now that I have my own Devin bacteria culture on my bedside table I am finally a TRUE fan. I call each of my little sweeties... Devin. And I cuddle them and I talk to them every night and I sleep with them beside me, humming their soft metal ballads.

No seriously. Awesome gigs, Dev. Thanks for the bottle (I wasn't that thirsty though, just extremely excited and somehow enjoying myself while being pushed and pulled into every direction by the people around me - people were way more enthusiastic than on any other gig I went to), but especially I'd like to thank you for the shows, they made my summer... year... decade?

EDIT: Oops, wrong Helsinki thread. Well whichever.

The best gig I´ve ever been to. Simply amazing. Justo got home from Helsinki and I´m still breathless. The only downside is that I didn´t get a chance to actually meet the D-man. And that now I hope that the gig wouldn´t have ended at all. I mean the both gigs. AMAZING! Thanks Dev, you´re the man. I´ll post some pictures, once I get them down to my Pc.( If there´s any with some quality, that is. )

Hello everybody!

First of all, I think that there are no words to describe how awesome it was to experience those two gigs. Devin and his mates played like angels! :)
Devin was clearly honoured by the fact that every single hour he spent practising this Ziltoid gig was well received by the crowd. All I saw was happy faces everywhere! :D I really hope that this wasn´t the last time he´d play in Finland. And oh my god.. Deep Peace for the last song...divine!

Thank you Devin! This was something I will never forget!

I am still in awe how great the show was.
Words to describe it are not available to me, because my vocabulary lacks the most honouring words I'd need to tell how good it was.

And I'm not caps locking anymore!
Yei!

I wish you all could've been there, because that was something no-one can experience anymore.
And by that I mean that it was the first show of ZILTOID!!
There might be others, and I am glad that opportunity to see it is also given to others, but man..
"Intense" is not strong enough word to describe the goodness and the excitement of the first show!
It was probably like that when sex is about to happen for the first time..
You've heard about it, thought about it, but still, what is going to really happen, no-one knows for sure until it happens.
