I was wondering if anyone know's if there's any change to the ticket policy over the whole COVID-19 thing. I was going to go to the show at House Of Blues, Cleveland (the first to be canceled) and my ticket was lost due to an incident relating to the disease with my family. Was wondering if anyone here knew if I had any options. Thanks.
