Check out PayPal. Unless you live in a really exotic place on earth (or outside earth) you can use it without credit or debit card.

A debit card is a cash card that will allow you to pay for things but only using 'real' money. Or money that you have previously arranged access to. It can only 'debit' your account as opposed to a credit card which can pay for things willy nilly.

Or something like that.

Anyway, yes, paypal is fine with a debit card. I have a VISA debit card and I have never had any problems.

Yeah, they accept Paypal. Paypal is able to take money directly from your bank account.
