If you paid via CCNow (I did, with Paypal) they should have sent you a confirmation email with the order number, and a link that you can click to check the status of your order.
Mine shipped last Sunday.

I know what you mean, I am really bad at waiting for a delivery, it drives me nuts. I have been waiting for a parcel from the State for 3 weeks now. Damn, Canadian customs!
